The community of Fall Creek, Houston were seeking proposals for their Enclave expansion. GO Native Landscaping pitched a butterfly garden that would connect with their existing trail system and provide a refuge for butterflies, bees and other pollinators. It would be an area that the residents could enjoy and feel proud of giving back some space to the natural environment.
The project was recently given the go ahead and the board is currently selecting an installation company as of June 2023.

A variety of mostly native plant species would be carefully planted to mimic the patterns on a butterfly wing and provide a range of benefits to different birds and insects.
The garden would also display a variety of signage to aid in the educational aspect of the garden including Habitat Garden and Monarch Waystation.
